3 Key Result Areas (Tasks & Respnsibilities) Jb Specific Student Supprt In accrdance with systems and prcesses fr all training ccurrences, interact with and manage student prgress thrugh the full student lifecycle, including: Key Selectin Criteria ESSENTIAL Student enrlment; face t face r ver the phne (shrt curse enrlments). Including t ensure all cmpliant enrlment paperwrk is prvided t the administratin team within 48 hurs Engage with Students upn and pst enrlment including pretraining cmmencement and nging at relevant intervals. This may include face t face visits with Students at varius training lcatins. Manage Student nn-attendances and schedule catch up classes r wrkshps as required Supprting students t prgress n time, cmplete and/r undertake withdrawal frms as required Supprt the prgress f student fee payments Respnd t student requests fr advice r assistance n matters; administrative, emplyment supprt and advice including resume writing, Wear fr Success r similar industry partners Cnfidently use VETtrak t reprt frm and mnitr status, prgress and undertake Student cmmunicatins Handle incming enquiries in a prfessinal and curteus manner, assisting where pssible r redirecting enquiries as required Crdinate and manage the yearly Graduatin event fr Field students Prvide supprt t the preparatin and printing f training materials fr curses Manage the undertaking, cllatin and reprting f student satisfactin surveys. Supprt the Training Manager and Operatins Manager regarding ad hc cmpliance, administrative and/r crdinatin tasks at request Demnstrate high levels f custmer service, effectively engage with clients, students, internal and external stakehlders in the peratins f Field; Demnstrated capacity t cntribute t all aspects f a learning rganisatin including student supprt, trainer supprt and regulatry cmpliance. Knwledge f and r experience wrking in the disability and aged care sectrs.

4 Prficiency in written and ral cmmunicatin, including the ability t clearly articulate issues, prepare reprts, and engage with stakehlders as required. Ability t wrk cllabratively in a team envirnment, as well as independently. T cnstructively supprt the delivery f team and rganisatin-wide utputs as well as cntribute ideas, new methdlgy and take initiative. Excellent rganisatinal skills with the ability t c-rdinate multiple tasks and meet tight timeframes. Ability t be adaptive and flexible in an envirnment f cmpeting pririties.
