General Overview: Dynamic, passinate, and mtivated Directr f Operatins needed t lead an innvative, fast-paced pediatric practice. Invlves intimate knwledge and invlvement in day-t-day flw and functins f the clinic. Interacts regularly with all levels f the rganizatin. Evaluates current needs and trends t guide the practice in strategically planning fr the future. Cllabrates with the President, physician leadership, and management team t establish and execute practice-wide strategy, gals, bjectives, and pririties. Ensures practice s financial viability. 2 Develp and execute strategic and perating plans. Oversee practice-wide peratins. Ensure patient/family satisfactin and custmer service. Respnsible fr leading practice-wide human resurces. Hlds regular meetings with physician(s) and clinic managers t determine clinic needs and assess prgress with rganizatinal gals/bjectives. Respnsible fr analyzing and negtiating vendr cntracts. Act as Privacy Officer and ensures practice s cmpliance with State/Federal laws Establishes gals and bjectives t fster a wrkplace culture f psitivity, prfessinalism, engagement, and respect at all levels f the rganizatin. Financial Management Cllabrate with physician/administrative leadership and present annual budget. Ensure budgetary discipline/cmpliance. Prfit/lss respnsibility. Ability t perate the fllwing equipment: Standard ffice equipment including cmputers, fax machines, cpiers, printers, scanners, multi-line telephnes, etc. Educatinal Requirements: Experience: Bachelr s degree in Health Care Administratin, Business Administratin, Health Administratin, Nursing r equivalent experience. Master s Degree preferred. Minimum seven years executive-level experience in a medical grup practice setting cmprised f seven r mre prviders. Five years f hands-n clinic peratins experience including leading supprt staff in the executin f peratinal and custmer service best-practices. Minimum five years human resurces experience. Private practice cmmunity-based pediatrics experience preferred. Prficient in electrnic medical recrds.
