Becker, PhD Coordinated and facilitated cognitive interviews of hospital-based nursing educators using the Appraisal of Nursing Practice program evaluation instrument. Assisted Dr. Becker in the development of interview synthesis and report to partners at Ascension. Also led a focus group of nursing fellowship participants regarding evaluation of success in the fellowship program.
