Served as expert witness in a case involving a Wyoming credit union, in which I studied all legal drafts and evidence to ascertain likelihood of the credit union s ability to prevail in the case and advise counsel regarding course of action. Provided documentation and opinion letter to counsel in which I recommended settlement as it appeared the plaintiff would probably prevail. Computer Experience 3
