2 Welcome to the 2017 MHA Patient Safety & Quality Symposium Registration and Information Continuing education please see page 7 regarding medical and nursing continuing education credits. ACHE Continuing Education The MHA Health Foundation is authorized to award 7 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit (non-ache) toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives for this program. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward ACHE Qualified Education credit should indicate their attendance when submitting application to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification. Obtain a certificate at the registration desk. Registration area Prefunction Hours Tuesday noon - 4:30 p.m. Wednesday 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Dress code Business casual attire is appropriate for this event. Admittance policy MHA name badges must be worn to gain admittance to all of the Patient Safety and Quality Symposium education sessions, breakfast, lunch and reception.
