Statements of continuing education credit will be distributed to participants who fully attend the program and then complete an online program evaluation. A unique code given at each activity must be provided in the evaluation in order to receive credit. Grievances regarding the education program must be submitted in writing to the SCPhA ACPE Coordinator immediately following the program. Requirements to obtain CPE credit: Participants seeking pharmacy educational credit must fully attend the session(s) in order to receive the program code(s). After the educational activity, an online evaluation must be completed within three weeks after the program in order to receive credit. A link to the event evaluation can be found from or directly at Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are required to obtain an individual NABP e profile ID for reporting continuing education activity to the CPE Monitor.
