Pathways to Change- a comprehensive substance abuse treatment program designed to raise awareness of the link between substance use and life problems, particularly crime, in order to develop motivation for change, and provide offenders cognitive and behavioral skills to allow them to live a drug abuse free lifestyle. Group Facilitation A training developed to increase staffs ability to effectively facilitate groups, whether a treatment core curriculum, life skills sessions, maintenance groups, or other treatment groups. Family Violence Awareness- an educational training designed to increase staff s awareness in the area of Family Violence and introduce skills to help increase their ability to work effectively in this area. LSI-R (Level of Service Inventory) A standardized risk/need biopsychosocial assessment that provides a close look at personal, situational and contextual factors linked to criminal behavior and recidivism.
