3 PCAB ACCREDITATION Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) Accreditation is a service of ACHC International that assesses the non-sterile and sterile pharmacy compounding processes as defined by a specific set of standards that concentrate on the quality and consistency of medications produced. By achieving PCAB Accreditation, compounding pharmacies are able to demonstrate their commitment to compounding the highest-quality medications. pcab accreditation offers: Non-sterile and sterile accreditation programs compliant with USP <795> and <797> A consultative approach designed to help pharmacies improve based on survey findings A three-year accreditation cycle consisting of an on-site survey in addition to an annual verification of compliance Local representative to assist throughout the accreditation process ACHC offers pharmacy solutions designed specifically for the services you provide. 4 pcab accreditation I About PCAB Accreditation
