EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONS As an exhibitor at the 2018 NOVA Annual Mee ng, you receive two (2) complimentary registra ons to the mee ng. NOVA exhibitors are encouraged to a end the educa onal sessions and the Awards Luncheon. EXHIBIT ELIGIBILITY All products and services exhibited must be germane to VA nursing, care and/or educa on. NOVA retains the sole authority to determine the eligibility of any company and/or its product. NOVA reserves the right to refuse applica ons of organiza ons not mee ng standard requirements or expecta ons. NOVA reserves the right to curtail or to close exhibits, wholly or in part, that reflect unfavorably on the character and the purpose of the mee ng. This applies to displays, literature, adver sing novel es, souvenirs, conduct of persons, etc. TABLETOP DIMENSIONS A six-foot draped and skirted table with two chairs will be provided for each exhibi ng company in the Foyer by 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 10. SELECTION OF SPACE Assignment of tabletops will be made by NOVA on a first-paid, first-assigned basis. EXHIBITOR SET UP Exhibitors may set out materials on Wednesday, October 10 from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm or Thursday, October 11 from 6:00 am - 6:30 am. All materials must be set and ready for a endees to visit during the Coffee with Exhibitors at 7:00 am. Once set, table top displays will remain in place un l 1:00 pm on Friday, Oct. 12th, but exhibitor personnel are encouraged to a end ALL of the Annual Mee ng educa onal sessions, the Welcome Recep on on Thursday and Awards Luncheon on Friday for addi onal exposure to a endees. TERMS OF PAYMENT The exhibitor agrees to enclose with their applica on full payment. Payments should be made payable to NOVA and forwarded to the NOVA office, A en on: Victoria Converse, 1120 Route 73, Suite 200, Mount Laurel, NJ Exhibit space will not be held without submission of the exhibit applica on and full payment of fees. EXHIBIT CANCELLATION POLICY Cancella ons and requests for refunds must be submi ed in wri ng to NOVA. The date of receipt of the exhibitor s wri en no ce of cancella on will be considered the official cancella on date. If the exhibit is cancelled on or before August 30, 2018 all monies paid minus a $25 cancella on processing fee will be returned to the exhibitor. Any company who cancels a er August 30, 2018, will be responsible for the total cost. No refunds will be issued a er August 30, 2018.
