The Healthy Life Center provides health guidance, services, and education to inspire healthier lifestyles. Dedicated to maintaining and improving health. Learn about Lee Health s services and connect to community resources through daily health and wellness education. Navigation to health services including scheduling assistance with Lee Physician Group or an outpatient service, such as rehabilitation and testing. Staffed by Personal Health Advocates, Health Service Coordinators, and Schedulers. 22
