What we believe All of our residents and their families are different and so are their care needs we believe this fact cannot be overstated. We operate residential, nursing and dementia homes, as well as a successful home care agency. Residential Caring support from specially trained staff The vast majority of Country Court Care homes offer unbeatable residential care for elderly people. We firmly believe we have no rivals when it comes to promising family values and principles focusing on individual care, faithful service, the finest freshly prepared food, friendship, companionship and fun. Country Court Care ensures that all residents are treated with exceptional care and compassion, no matter what their age, nationality, social standing, state of mind or any other factors. We achieve these superlative levels of care while also fully respecting the rights of individuals and encouraging independence all backed up with safe, friendly, caring support from our specially trained staff. Nursing Our standards of care are second to none All our nursing staff are of the highest calibre and bring professionalism, skill and experience to the job along with a friendly attitude combining to offer levels of care that we believe to be second to none. Most of our homes offer fulltime nursing, with our nurses having access to specialised equipment covering a wide range of treatments, therapies and medicines for any residents who require that extra level of care. Our nurses monitor residents closely at all hours of the day and night, paying special attention to those who are confined to bed. Nurses also closely monitor residents diets and consult regularly with a dietician or physician. Home Care Let us come to you... 4 Dementia Care Individual routines based on personalities When caring for service users with dementia, it is very important to keep them active and mentally stimulated. To this end, Country Court Care s staff are trained to promote stimulating and relevant activities within the home. Early diagnosis of dementia helps the patient better understand what is happening to them and the provision of good information enables both patient and carer alike to make informed choices. As this degenerative disease can lead to a patient becoming isolated, we create individual routines for dementia patients based on their own personalities not only helping them to maintain health and happiness, but also creating new possibilities and hobbies for their later lives. We strongly believe that the capabilities of any service user are only limited to the opportunities they receive. Accommodation Facilities at Country Court Care First and foremost our homes are designed with the residents in mind. All of our homes are fully equipped to provide care in pleasant and appropriate settings and greatly exceed industry expectations when it comes to spaciousness and environment. All of our bedrooms are tastefully designed, with brand new fittings and furniture and are full of individual character. Every room leaves ample opportunity for the residents to personalise their living space in any way they see fit. As well as having 24-hour call systems, all homes are fitted with state of the art security to ensure that all residents are completely safe at all times. 5 Social & Home Life Arrangements can easily be made for visits to the doctor, optician, physiotherapist, chiropodist and nurse whenever they are required. Laundry facilities and a residents phone are also available on a daily basis, while a visiting hairdresser attends all homes weekly. Meals Country Court Care pays special attention to the quality and variety of all menus in our care homes, which is why many of our residents regularly enjoy Michelin Star cooking! Every meal is prepared daily onsite by our trained cooks and any individual needs, likes and dislikes are thoroughly catered for. Our homes provide good, wholesome food and ensure that any special dietary requirements are easily taken care of. On top of all this, drinks and snacks are freely available 24 hours a day. If this all sounds too tempting, visitors are welcome to stay for lunch with prior notice! Events All of Country Court Care s homes have developed very strong ties with their local community. We always encourage local people to attend events at the homes, as well as encouraging residents to join in the fun. Our homes regularly stage such events in order to further strengthen these important community links. Activities Every one of our homes offers an extensive programme of activities, designed by the residents themselves. The homes activity programmes are so constructed as to add variety to residents daily lives and to help them learn new skills, as well as allowing them to continue the hobbies and activities they were interested in before they arrived at our homes.
