2 Resumes SourceCandidates performs a comprehensive resume sourcing process: 1. We screen the qualified resumes from leading resume vendors Monster, Careerbuilder, Dice, Indeed, and others 2. Our Team will spend over 20 hours on each Project over 60 days, with 10 hours during the first week 3. A Project can consist of up to 3 positions and locations 4. Our team screens resumes nightly, and sends new resumes the next day 5. Resumes will be screened twice for position requirements, location, and experience level 6. Resumes will include additional available info on interests, work authorization, salary, skills, and LinkedIn profile and pic 7. Resumes will be of active candidates who recently applied for a similar position and/or are asking to be recruited 8. We follow up weekly with the client to get feedback on the resumes, and we adjust our process as necessary
3 Leads Our team performs the lead generation process needed to attract passive candidates 1. We create a lead list of passive candidates, which includes the title, , phone, and other info 2. These leads are of people who have the ability to be a passive candidate or a referral source 3. We access Salesforce, LinkedIn, Hoovers, SalesGenie, and many other sources 4. We each lead with the position details, and follow up to answer questions, obtain interest and referrals 5. We provide the entire lead list and candidate responses to the client LinkedIn We identify professional profiles on LinkedIn who appear to be a match with the targeted candidate We each lead with the position details, and follow up to answer questions, obtain interest and referrals We deliver the profiles, including the phone and , to the client, and the client can connect or contact for referrals Each search project is unique For harder to fill positions with limited active candidates we focus the majority of time on this lead process Many of the best candidates do not reply to job posts or put their resume in a database These candidates are still open to a job move and need to be contacted directly. Our lead process does the legwork needed to create a passive candidate pipeline quickly
4 Job Posts We will post each position to the internet 1. We save clients by not spending on $400 job posts - Many clients come to us after spending $400 and not seeing results 2. We do post on Indeed, Simplyhired, and other sites, and we re post every week to keep on first page 3. Our job post process normally delivers the same qualified resumes as one $400 job post 4. We also post to many industry, location, and professional sites and feed to search engines Google, Bing, and Yahoo 5. We post to the position s state job bank for OFCCP and veteran recruiting purposes 6. Client can stay anonymous or we can post in client s name. 7. We screen the applicants and deliver the qualified resumes to the client Our resume sourcing process does not focus on jobs posts, but they can be a valuable tool in a comprehensive search process.
