CLIENT PREPARES LEGAL DOCUMENTATION & FEE REGISTRATION Client approves Interview schedule and venue Skyward send Interview schedule to client for finalization 6. SKYWARD TAKES POE PERMISSIONS FOR ADVT, VENUES. BOOKS VENUES, HOTELS, TRAVEL, ETC 7. SKYWARD STARTS SOURCING THROUGH NEWSPAPER, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC 8. SHORTLISTING PROCESS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INTERVIEWS, SKYPE & VETTING PROCESS List of fit candidates along with medical fitness certificate, documents for Visa and signed offer letter sent to client for Visa processing 9. SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES SCHEDULED FOR INTERVIEWS AND CLIENTS INFORMED Client sends offer letter 10. CLIENTS ARRIVE, INTERVIEW AND SELECT FROM SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES & TRAVEL BACK 11.
