2 ABOUT PLACEMENTS Continuing the egacy of IMI Dehi, the Fina Pacement Season 2015 started on a positive note. The hard work of the students during their Summer Internship Program herad number of PPOs received from the companies such as Agrotech Foods, Atisources, Asian Paints, Britannia, Capgemini, Genpact, HSBC, Hughes Systique, JPMorgan Chase, PeopeStrong, Perfetti Van Mee, RPG Enterprises, Hindustan Times, Tata Capita, Tata Stee and U2opia mobie. In a 88 companies have participated in Fina Pacements at IMI Dehi's campus to recruit from a batch of 241 students comprising of 181 in PGDM and 60 in PGDM-HR program. Keeping faith in IMI pedagogy and quaity of students, some of our preferred recruiters visited twice to recruit the students. The students got opportunities to match their expectation in the foowing sectors: Automobie, BFSI, BPO, Congomerate, Consuting, E-commerce, FMCG, Heathcare, IT, ITES, KPO, Manufacturing, Media, Mining, Power, Rating, Rea Estate, Retai, Stee and Teecommunications. The major recruiters in this sector were J. P. Morgan Chase, Axis Bank, Barcays, Future Generai, GE SBI Cards, HDFC Life, HSBC, HSBC GSS, ICICI Bank, L&T Finance, Magma Fincorp, RBS, Roya Sundaram, Secure Now, Tata Capita and Verity Knowedge Soutions. These heavyweights offered niche profies in Anaytics, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Marketing & Operations, Operations Anayst, Reationship Management, Risk Anayst, Saes & Marketing and Weath Management. IT & ITES Sector The next preferred domain was IT, in which 20% of the batch opted for its career. The prominent recruiters from this sector were Accenture, Googe, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, TCS, Genpact, Hughes Systique, Libsys, U2opia Mobie Private Limited, Freshdesk, Vmock Inc. and Newgen Software,offering profies such as BDM, Consutant Presaes, Associate Consutant, Marketing, Quaity, Operations, Pricing and Finance. 2

4 PLACEMENT OVERVIEW E-commerce E-commerce emerged as the next preferred sector giving opportunitiesto 12% of the batch. The prominent recruiters in this sector were Amazon,Snapdea.com Frog Ideas, Indiamart (Toexo), Mahindra Comviva, MarketsandMarkets, Shopcues, WeAreHoidays offering profies in Business Deveopment, Digita Marketing, Finance, Market Research Anaytics, Saes, Marketing, Strategy and Operations. Consuting Sector The 11% students opted for consuting domain. The recruiters from this sector were A.T Kearny, Niesen India, BMR Advisor, EY, PeopeStrong, KPMG, Latent View, Rescon Partners, Sunroute Consuting, The Hackett Group and Right Management offering profies in Anayst, Risk & Advisory, Consutant, Senior Anayst and Marketing BD. FMCG Sector The 7% of the batch opted for their career in FMCG sector. The prominent recruiters in this sector were AgroTech Foods, Bata India, Britannia, Emami, Jubiant Foods Works, Perfetti Van Mee offering profies in Saes, Marketing and Operations. Other Sectors The other sectors were represented by Advertising and Media, Textie, Chemica, Retai, Pubishing, Automobie, Congomerate, Entertainment, Hospitaity, Engineering, Mining, Rating, Rea Estate, KPO, Manufacturing, Power/Energy, and Iron and Stee. Some of the major payers from these industries that visited our campus are Arvind Ltd. Asian Paints Ltd. BATA India Ltd, BILT, BMW, Cinepois MTP, DCM Shriram, IMRB, ITC Hotes, L&T Hyderocarbon, Mahindra&Mahindra Ltd. Market&Markets, Miward Brown, Mogae Media, Moochand Heathcare, Raychem RPG, RP-SG, Square Yards, Tata Power, Tata Stee Limited and Vedanta. 3

5 PLACEMENT OVERVIEW Human Resource The growing stature of IMI Dehi's dedicated HR Program attracted opportunities for the batch in the IT sector (19%), Consuting (17%), BFSI (15%), BPO (13%) foowed by Congomerate, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Power, Heathcare, Media, Retai, Stee and Teecommunication. The recruiters were Atisource, Asix Bank, Avery Dennison, Barcays, BILT, Capgemini, Future Generai, Future Step, Genpact, HSBC GSS, ICICI Bank Ltd., ICICI Prudentia,Indiamart (Toexo), Infosys, Kotak Securities, KPMG, L&T Hyderocarbon, Mahindra & Mahindra, Moochand Heathcare, PeopeStrong,, Right Management, RPG Enterprises, RP-SG, Snapdea, Tata Power, Tata Stee, TPG Whoesae, U2opia Mobie, Vedanta and Wipro. The growing brand equity of IMI Dehi among the corporate word was certified by the presence of severa first time recruiters (38%) and our enhanced associations with our ong term recruiters from the corporate word.
