1 APPENDIX D MAPS AND CASELOAD DATA This Appendix provides details of the 51 Employment Regions and the Indicative Performance Targets and Caseload data for each Region. Transition to Work Targets Transition to Work s will be calculated using historical Job Seeker outcomes data, initially from Job Services Australia and, when available, jobactive. This will be an average taken over the last three years. Transition to Work targets will be set at 25 per cent higher than the outcome rate achieved in jobactive. Example: In Employment Region X, the historical outcome rate is 24 per cent. Add the 25 per cent increase for Transition to Work (plus 6 per cent) and the target outcome is 30 per cent. In the Table below, Column A is the indicative number of Job Seekers on an annual basis. Column B is the Places calculated as 1.9 Job Seekers per place (annually). Column C is the which is the number of Job Seekers per place multiplied by the 30 per cent target. A Job Seekers in TTW B (Indicative jobseekers /1.9 Job Seekers) C (Indicative Job Seekers multiplied by target) A B C Total These numbers are indicative only as they will be based on the latest available information. It is also possible that a proposed service in one location, such as location A, may also support some or all of the Job Seekers in another location, such as B. The Respondent may therefore propose a service of 150 places. It is not a requirement for all locations to be covered. The Department does not, and will not, guarantee a specified or minimum level of business. More Information on s can be found at Section Provider Payments of the Exposure Draft.
