The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) is implementing a Grid Connected Rooftop and Small Solar Power Plants Programme in the Country. Ministry had invited applications for empanelment of Channel Partners, New Entrepreneurs and Govt. agencies vide notification no. 5/22/ /RT dated and dated Now the process has made online through SPIN software available in MNRE website. So far, four lists have been published vide this Ministry s letter of even no. dated , , and In continuation to the above mentioned lists, the 5 th list of 16 nos. of Channel Partners, 22 nos. of Channel Partners (New Entrepreneurs) and 02 nos. of Govt. Agencies/PSUs which have been empanelled by the Ministry are enclosed herewith. All empaneled entities are requested to follow instructions and guidelines of the Ministry published vide Letter no. 5/22/ /RT dated The approval for this empanelment through SPIN has already been given for the above empanelled agencies. The User ID along with Password to login into SPIN for their individual account has also been sent to all the empanelled agencies in their registered address. The empanelled agencies may generate their certificate and take a print out for their use. 4. The empanelment does not entitle the companies to claim any subsidy directly from MNRE/SNAs/State Deptt./Beneficiaries. 5. For any reference/enquiry, the application code must be quoted along with the letter. 6. The empanelled agencies should provide the information regarding installation of grid connected solar rooftop systems by them in the SPIN under Project Completion Report (PCR) non subsidies on regular basis. Their installation will be taken in the national database and achievements against the set target of 40 GW solar rooftop systems. 7. The targets may be allocated by MNRE to set up plants under without subsidy category. 8. The standards and specifications published by MNRE from time to time should be strictly followed by the empanelled agencies. All empanelled agencies will strictly adhere to the guidelines issued vide no. 5/22/ /RT dated and as amended time to time. 9.
