4 Labour force supply and demand In ,7 thousand unemployed (15.3 % less than in 2010) 107,3 thousand job vacancies for permanent jobs 61,9 thousand for fixed-term jobs Labour force demand in 2011 Job vacancies in crops and livestock 4.7 % of total vacancies, forestry and fishery 2.7 % 17.2 % 7.4 % 20.8 % 54. 7% 19 % of total job offers were in manufacturing industry, mostly in food production, sewing, wood processing and manufacture of furniture. It amounted to 62 % of total vacancies in industry. Most job vacancies (61 %) were in wholesale and retail enterprises 16.8 % of total job vacancies, other were in administration and services 8 %, transport and storage 8 % 4
