2 Policies and Guidelines: Name Badges and Company Description: Exhibit space includes 1-6 x30 table with linens and 2 chairs. Full size (8 or larger) displays must be approved in advance. Signed application required to reserve space. Payment must be received prior to move-in. Breakfast and lunch sponsors recognized on signage and in sponsor list (does not include educational content). Symposia to include non-accredited education available upon request for an additional fee. Exhibit services not provided for regional meetings. Minimum exhibit purchase required to qualify for additional support opportunities. Final attendee list will NOT be provided to exhibitors who move out prior to final afternoon break. Shipping Guidelines: Send all shipments direct to meeting location. A drayage fee may be charged by the hotel/meeting venue. NCVH is not responsible for shipments sent direct to the hotel. Exhibit and Support Details Register exhibitors by ing a complete list to include first name, last name, and address for each on-site representative to exhibits@ncvh.org. Complimentary if received by published deadline. $50 late fee if received after published deadline. $100 onsite fee if not received 48 hours prior to start of meeting. Submit a company description of 50 words or less by to exhibits@ncvh.org.
