4 Learning and Skills Council Goal to improve skills of young people and adults to ensure world class standard workforce Planning and funding of vocational training 2010 Vision for competitive workforce with knowledge and skills to match the best in the world 7 New Deal for Skills Programme to address market failure at low skills level Project providing IT support for Jobcentre Plus to make better use of LSC provision LSC to progress NEP recommendations to make provision more relevant to employer needs JCP/LSC collaboration to feedback consistent information on job outcomes.
