2 ACCOUNTING AND TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITION September 17-19, 2018 Loews Philadelphia Hotel Philadelphia, PA One Exhibition for the Audience of Two Conferences, the ELFA Operations and Technology Conference and ELFA Lease and Finance Accountants Conference The ELFA Lease and Finance Accountants Conference will be held concurrently with the ELFA Operations and Technology Conference. This is a great opportunity to get in front of an expected combined attendance of about 350 people! Booth Costs Member - $2000 per tabletop Non-member - $3000 per tabletop ONE attendee registration from your company is included in the price. BECOME AN ELFA EXHIBITOR! The ELFA Lease and Finance Accountants Conference will be held concurrently with the ELFA Operations and Technology Conference. Both conferences will share a tabletop exhibit targeting companies that provide lease and finance accounting software, and other technology-related processes and systems. This is a great opportunity to get in front of an expected combined attendance of about 350 people! Joint Exhibit Hours The joint exhibit area is open throughout the entire conference (Monday, September 17 - Wednesday, September 19) and will host beverage breaks for both conferences throughout each day. Below are the dates and times for specific special events and dedicated exhibit time. Register by September 4, 2018, to ensure that your name appears on the list of attendees. Wednesday, September 19: 7:00-8:00 am 9:30-9:45 am The joint exhibit area is open throughout the entire conference (Monday, September 17 - Wednesday, September 19) and will host all functions (breakfast, coffee breaks and receptions) for both conferences throughout each day. Above are the dates and times for specific special events and dedicated exhibit time. Security will be provided after hours since the exhibit will be in a foyer area. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend sessions. Photographs of speakers, attendees and exhibitors may be taken at this conference. These may appear in ELFA publications or on the ELFA website. By registering for this conference, you authorize ELFA the right to use any photographs taken of you during the course of the Lease Accounting & Technology Conference and Exhibition. Any cancellations received after Wednesday, August 15, 2018 will not receive a refund. ELFA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Please Note: Cancellations by telephone will be accepted, but must be followed up with a letter that includes the name of the ELFA staff member who accepted the cancellation. Self parking for overnight guests is $39.00 per day and valet parking is $49.00 per day. Rates include in/out privileges. Hourly rates are also available for meetings and events. Spouse/Companion Fee A spouse/companion attending any portion of the conference or social functions must be registered and must pay the spouse/companion fee ($250).
