Youth or senior citizen group with fundraising receipts up to $20,000 per year ($10,000 or less before January 1, 2015)(MS 297A.70, subd. 13[b][1]). A nonprofit organization that meets all the criteria set forth in MS 297A.70, subd. 14. PASSPORT: Cambridge Day Out Tour of the Booths in the Park will be held from 9:30 am-1:00 pm please be ready to stamp passports during these hours at your booth. Participants who complete the passport will be entered in a drawing to win prizes from participating businesses. **Participating booth vendors are invited to please provide a door prize for passport drawing winners. 4 Cambridge Day Out Booth Information June 09, 2018 Location: Cambridge Central Green Park (In Heritage Greens Neighborhood Fern Street South Cambridge, MN) Race: 8:00 am 10:00 am * Events in the Park: 9:30 am 1:00 pm Vendor Set-up: 8:00 am 9:15 am Celebrating Cambridge Day Out: This is a family-focused event starting with Race the Rum, a fun superhero themed 5K & 1 mile run/walk followed by events and activities for families in the park. Activities include games, entertainment and a picnic hosted by the Cambridge Fire Department. Exhibitors and organizations providing activities should be family friendly and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Passport Tour of the Booths in the Park will be held from 9:30 am-1:00 pm. Please be ready to stamp/mark passports during these hours at your booth. After the person fills the Passport completely, they can turn it in to win prizes donated by local businesses. Booth: One 12 x12 marked space is provided if you are providing an activity and need more space, please let us know. Booths will be assigned by the Cambridge Day Out Committee. Bring your own table(s), chair(s) and canopy (if desired). Booth Info: The park atmosphere provides an uneven, natural surface that is open to the elements. Every effort will be made to avoid using spaces with major obstructions, like trees. Please remember that this is a park. Refunds are not given because of obstructions or weather. Be aware that most of Central Green Park is in full sunlight throughout the morning and afternoon shade from trees is limited. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a canopy for protection from the elements. Plan on only bringing what you can set up between 8:00 am 9:15 am There is No Electricity or Water so please plan accordingly YOU MUST be set up by 9:30 am and all vehicles out of set up area by 9:15 am. (Please follow all driving restrictions in the park.) There will be entertainment in the park during this time with music from area artists.
