8 Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC) Commissioning Framework- consultation draft A Framework focused on outcomes and performance measurement. It is anticipated that the Framework will be finalised mid-2016 and that sourcing processes will begin later this year. 11 Social and Affordable Housing in NSW Future Directions in NSW Social Housing includes: 23,500 new and replacement social and affordable housing dwellings; Delivering new mixed communities; large redevelopment projects target a 30:70 ratio of private housing to social housing; Increasing the use of private rental assistance products by 60 per cent; and Transferring management of up to 35 per cent of social housing to community housing providers. $1.1B Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF). Initial delivery of up to 3,000 new social and affordable dwellings Organisations are required to register their interest to participate in the EOI process by 29 February 2016.

13 Quality Update All ADHC funded service providers are required to undertake Third Party Verification during the term of the current ( ) funding agreement (FA) Lists of third party Verifiers and other supports are available on the IDF website CCSP funded organisations are eligible to receive a one-off subsidy. 14 Transition Assistance Program (TAP) The minister announced a $5 million grants program for small rural and remote organisations with an annual turnover of under $3 million Taxi Subsidy NSW As part of the NSW Government's response to Point to Point Transport Taskforce Report on Taxis, Hire Cars and ridesharing in NSW Taxi subsidies will now be doubled in NSW
