2 Entry Fees: -Rs.50/-per participant per event Rules for Intercollegiate Competitions The students of any class from B.Sc. (Computer Science), General B.Sc, B.C.A, M.Sc (Computer Science) and M.C.A.(Science, Commerce & Management), M.Sc Tech (Industrial Mathematics with Computer Applications) can participate in any competition. All events will be conducted separately for UG and PG students. The participants should be present at least 15 minutes before the event. College I-card is compulsory for all students. 5. Project competitions: Group Size: Maximum 2 (i) Participants are requested to visit the venue one day before the competition. (ii) Give required software details at least 2 days before the competition (except Sunday). Participants are free to bring their own machines. (iii) Participants should carry hard & soft copy of project documentation. 6. Seminar: Group Size: Maximum 2 (i) Participants should carry hard & soft copy of their Seminar topic. (ii)topics for seminar are as follows: UG: 1) Hadoop Framework 2) Cyber Terrorism 3) Android 4) 4G 5) E-Waste Management PG: 1) Semantic web 2) Mobile Network Security 3) 3D secure password 4) E-Commerce 5) Google Glass 7. 4 Rules for Group Discussions Participants are requested to respect the individuality and views of other participants. All Participants are requested to actively participate and encourage active participation by all. Participants are requested to raise their hands to participate in a discussion. Participants are requested to ensure that only one participants talks at a time. 5. Participants are requested engage in crosstalk. 6. Please do not interrupt others, or start talking before someone finishes. 7. Please avoid individual discussions in small groups during the meeting. When one person speaks, others should listen. 8. All are requested to strictly follow the timetable. 9. Participants are requested to strictly adhere to the topic of discussion. There should be no deviations. 1 Discussions should be brief and precise. 1 Decision given by judges will be final. 1 Allotted time for discussion will be 10 minutes. Team Size= 4 students per college. BEST SCORING POINTS ARE Please do not deviate from the topic of discussion. Participants are requested to conclude the discussion by summarizing. Participants can use/provide any proof while talking in terms of qualitative or quantitative data like paper cuttings. 4
