4 ABOUT US Who We Are PeakCM, LLC is comprised of a talented group of individuals who have achieved many professional accomplishments in both the public and private sectors. The PeakCM team is an extremely dedicated and hard working group who strive to complete each project on schedule and within budget, while working directly with Owners and Designers to ensure all visions are achieved. At the helm is Jerry Davis, who with 18 years of construction experience, leads the team with drive and ambition. This leadership is what motivates each member of the PeakCM team to provide outstanding service for our clients. Establishing a trusted relationship with our clients is paramount and through that trust we believe a successful project is certain. PeakCM was exactly what my construction project needed: Integrity, determination to do things under budget and on time, & with the caring detail as if it was going to be their own space. PeakCM came onto a project that was a complete mess and not only got it back on track but did so with an attention to detail I have never seen in construction.
