21 How much will the bond cost? Patrons will be asked to vote on a $29.1 million bond on February 9, The tax rate to repay the 20 year bond is estimated $ 1.26 per $1,000 of assessed property value. Combined with the Maintenance and Operations Levy of $ 1.89 per $1,000 and the Capital Projects Levy of $ 0.77 per $1,000, the total local schools tax rate in 2017 would be $3.92 per $1,000 of assessed value.
