1 Education Agent Application Form (A) Instructions to Applicant: Thank you for considering TMIS as a potential partner in education. If you decide to apply to become a registered TMIS agent please: 1) complete all sections in this application form and sign off by authorised signatories; 2) provide a certified copy of business registration from your country; 3) submit Company Profile and Marketing Plan; 4) provide a certified copy of overseas student recruitment license from the relevant authorities (if applicable); 5) send the application form and certified copy of all supporting documents via or post; 6) provide two (2) referees from the Education Industry. Please take note that TMIS will conduct referee check with these information provided. Please provide the above documents/ information to TMIS in English / Chinese OR translated into English / Chinese. 2 Upon successful application as well as after Agent Agreement is signed and training is conducted, TMIS will display your contact details in the School s website for the benefits of prospective students seeking an education agent. TMIS will send two copies of the Education Agents Agreement and Code of Ethics for your signature. You are to sign both copies of the Agreement and Code of Ethics, and to return all copies to TMIS for endorsement. After endorsement, one copy will be returned for your records and the other copy will be kept by TMIS. 1.
