28 QITI The Website Revealed Summary Final Notes QITI Custom Fields must conform exactly to the set of standard data definitions when being initially set up or your site will not be able to generate online reports. In order to use the QITI website, sites need to have a signed addendum and filled out the user access form. The QITI website is the central resource for obtaining up-to-date information about the QITI program. Use the online QITI reports on a regular basis to promote the education for residents using outcome information. Proposed changes to the website to incorporate portions of the QITI curriculum are being explored.
