14 RTD Mixed-Income Housing Policy Accessibility drives up prices RTD can sell or lease excess land for residential use Local jurisdiction can seek an affordability goal RFQ/RFPs will incorporate goal within evaluation process 14
15 RTD Parking Policy RTD currently prohibited from charging for parking Exceptions for out of district residents and at select stations for periods over 24 hours (first 24 hours free) Reserved parking program at select stations Monthly fee for a reserved spot between 5am and 10am New legislation this year allows 3 rd party private or public entities to build parking for RTD and charge Will help bridge the financing gap between surface and structured parking 15

18 East Rail Corridor bus elements SkyRide Routes AF and AS will be discontinued, along with Route AT short trips between Colfax, Airport & 40 th, and DIA Existing local routes will connect with East Corridor at nearest appropriate station, frequencies may be upgraded where justified New routes will be considered for unserved areas DIA may have a premium Final service plan will be developed in late 2015 Final service configuration dependent upon available budget 18

23 WIN and the East Corridor Project has established has 30 New Hires and 22 currently working and enrolled in WIN leveraged services Denver Transit Partners will be at peak hiring season in June 2013 New WIN Hires could peak up to 40 Positions ranging from Professional to Construction
24 Implemented fifth WIN cohort for a total of 5 active participant groups; activities are summarized below: 114 total participants enrolled (including 9 inactive participants); o Cohort 1 25 participants; 4 inactive Placement Rate 94% 90 day retention rate 89% o Cohort 2 25 participants; 4 inactive Placement Rate 90% 90 day retention rate 90% o Cohort 3 25 participants; 1 inactive Placement rate 92% 90 day retention rate 92% WIN Participants 24
