8 FINANCIAL RESOURCES & SCHOLARSHIPS CSUSM administers Federal, State and Institutional Grants, Scholarships and Loans. Over 60% of CSUSM students receive some form of financial aid. We offer over 100 scholarship opportunities based on need and/or merit students apply by filling out the CSUSM General Scholarship Application.
