National and Sectoral staff had earlier gathered for Training and Strategic Session from 3rd - 5th at the same venue. A guest consultant formerly with UNICEF was fully on ground to facilitate workforce evaluation cum preview into the five year strategic planning process of the SCM of Nigeria.
