4 Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) TKAP Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Outreach programme was organised in coordination with TKM and TKAP, Indirect taxation & IMPEX Dept. Mrs. Deepthi I.P, Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Customs, ICD given presentation. In this program from 26 members 21 company actively participated who are involved in Exports and imports.

5 FKCCI Chairman, Labour Law Committee - Visit to BIA office Mr. P C Rao Chairman, Labour laws committee, FKCCI, visited BIA office, and happy with the activities carried out by BIA, as it was first visit to BIA office.

6 Membership approach to KIADB Allotees Out of 374 plots, 144 plot owners are our members. Letter being dispatched to other 230 plot owners seeking for membership. 124 Letters are posted, 41 letters returned, 5 Responded, 75 ready to dispatch, 25 pending.

The project was approved in the previous budget. Since, the budget has been passed they have to receive Annexure C for financial clearance for the project. 4 New Humps deployment on PWD road near Medanahalli school <Change Point >PWD road cutting charges of new water pipe line will be utilized for road humps after building consensus with PWD & Elliott Ebara. <Closed > 5 Allocation of CA land from KIADB Discussed with CDO for allocation of CA land for Solid waste Mgmt. and Vehicle Parking area. 10 GOVERNMENT CONNECT Activity : PWD Road median weed cleaning by Pursabhe-Bidadi Summary : 1. Date of commencement : Cleaning activity has been started effective from 12 th June 2. Scope of work : PWD Road median & road shoulder weed cleaning and BIA supported for shifting of weed 3. Workers deployment : 3 workers per day for 3 hours ( 5 days /week) TKM

11 GOVERNMENT CONNECT Activity : PWD Road Median Lights rectification by Purasabhe-Bidadi Problem: Power supply cut off from BESCOM due to non payment of electrical bills. BIA Approach : Discussed with CO Pursabhe and issued appeal letter for rectification of lights Poles & Lights : 100 Poles & 200 Lights Arrear amount pending : from Pursabhe, pending since April 17. TKM Next course of Actions : To conduct joint discussion with BESCOM and Pursabhe to find out amicable solution. Pursabhe should do technical estimation of poles and plan for rectification BIA pursuing with CO.

Sponsor Activity : Toyota <TKM> is planning to install new Traffic signal post in Bidadi junction & Old Coca Cola junction in Y 18~19 2. BIA Support : Supported for getting request letter from Police dept. for installation and submitted to TKM to proceed further. 3. Proposal : BIA has evaluated Traffic signal post which is not viable in Coca Cola junction, hence planning for Blinkers at this junction, proposal has been shared. 3. Status : Under progress

14 GOVERNMENT CONNECT Project activity: Road widening from 2 to 4- lane from Kenchaganahalli to till Harohalli By pass road by PWD Dept. Kanakapura and Length of the Road would be the 4.5 KMs PWD Approach/Request : Water pipeline to be shifted to road shoulder by KIADB for which land will be acquired by PWD. Length of water pipe line would be the 4.2 KMs PWD has not considered for shifting of water pipeline /new pipeline in their Budget BIA Approach: Issued letter to KIADB for relying of water pipeline BIA requested KIADB for support & pursuing it. Options : Existing pipe will run as concealed pipeline even after road widening. KIADB /PWD to carryout the activity on its cost. Estimated Cost :
