We would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your child / ward to the 2017 Mid- Year Meet-the-Parents Session. 3. The session aims to achieve the following objectives to identify students current achievements in relation to expectation and to discuss how the school and family can work together to help students achieve their desired targets. 4. Please do note that there will be a revised timetable for Week 9 and Week 10. In week 10, the students will be dismissed at 1.15pm daily. 5. The Meet-the-Parents Session (MTPS) will be held on 3 afternoons, starting from Wednesday, 24 May 2016 to Friday, 26 May 2016 between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm daily. We strongly encourage your child/ward to attend this session with you. The details of the MTPS are as follows: Time Programme Remarks 2.00pm to 5.00pm Meeting Form Teachers Session (Respective Classrooms) "AFLAME FOR TRUTH" 1. Each parent will be allocated 15 minutes with the form teachers. 2. Please refer to attached appendices for the booking procedures. 3. Booking will start on 17 May 2017 at 0900h and end on 22 May 2017 at 1500h.

3 Parents Guide: Meet The Parent Session (MTPS) Booking (via ASKnLearn APP) 1. Launch the ASKnLearn APP from your mobile device and key in Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School 2. Log in to the Parent Portal by keying in your child s NRIC/FIN as the userid. Password for first time login is parents. (* If you have trouble logging in, you may contact the LMS Helpdesk at lmssuport@wizlearn.com or ) KUO CHUAN PERSBYTERIAN 3. Go to TOOLS > CONSULTATION BOOKING

4 4. You will be directed to the date of the MTPS which is set by the school. After which, you are to (A) Scroll down. (B) Select a timeslot (you can only select 1 timeslot for the MTPS) (C) Click on SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT button to make appointment. (D) Click on this check box if you are not making any appointment. EXAMPLE: D: Click if you are not making any appointments C : click to make appointment A: Scroll down B : choose only 1 slot 5.
