4 Moves Healthy communities are happy communities. Black Knight is proud to sponsor and participate in events that encourage active lifestyles and good health. Black Knight supports many organizations focused on making Northeast Florida a healthier community. Teams are formed to walk, run, row and bike to raise money and awareness for a diverse range of causes each year, including: Alzheimer s Association Walk to End Alzheimer s Disease American Cancer Society Relay for Life American Diabetes Association Tour de Cure; Step Out to Stop Diabetes American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Out of the Darkness Walk American Heart Association First Coast Heart Ball DONNA Foundation 5K and Family Fun Run In the Pink Dragon Boat Race Katie Caples Foundation Katie Ride for Life Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Run with the Flock 5K; Light the Night Walk Lupus Foundation End Lupus Now Walk National MS Society Cycle to the Shore Pink Ribbon Golf Classic 4

5 Salutes Black Knight is proud to support many military-related initiatives, including The Folded Flag Foundation. Black Knight and its employees hold Jeans Days and host events to support The Folded Flag Foundation. Additionally, Black Knight serves as one of two corporate sponsors that pay all administrative costs for The Folded Flag Foundations, ensuring that 100 percent of donations given to the foundation goes directly to the qualifying families in need. The Folded Flag Foundation provides grants and scholarships to spouses and children of members of the United States military and United States government who have lost their lives as a result of hostile action. Black Knight also has veteran outreach programs with a focus on hiring former military members, helping them transition into the workforce upon their return and benefiting from the incredible skills they possess. 5

These donations help provide a better quality of life for people of in our community. 7 Invests Black Knight employees give passionately to their communities, and Black Knight is proud to give back to them. Employee growth is encouraged in a variety of ways: A comprehensive mentor program increases networking opportunities, accelerates professional development and increases job satisfaction. Black Knight University, a corporate training program that provides educational opportunities to help employees further their product, company and industry knowledge. Employees have the option to participate in stock purchase and 401(k) programs, both of which qualify for company contributions. Employees are able to take a day off work each year to volunteer with the community organization of his/her choice. Through these employee benefits, Black Knight has invested in its most important asset the talented individuals that will help the company continue to evolve and grow in the future. 7

8 Conserves Protecting the environment is critical to Black Knight s community commitment. We use eco-friendly practices on our campus to preserve trees, conserve water, reduce energy, shrink our carbon footprint and minimize landfill space. Black Knight has implemented rigorous recycling programs on campus for paper, cardboard, aluminum and plastics. To conserve lighting costs, electric lighting on all floors is tied to motion detectors so lights automatically turn off if no one is in the vicinity. To help preserve potable water for drinking use, Black Knight uses its artesian well for irrigation to avoid using city water for landscape needs. Through these and other practices, Black Knight works to create a more sustainable environment for a healthier community. 8
