½ Seat Edge of Seven Edge of Seven fuses travel with service, sparking opportunities for personal and global development. We engage passionate volunteers in our mission to create access to education, economic, and health opportunities for girls and women in the developing world. We offer volunteers the unique chance to go beyond their comfort zones and work closely with people who possess different histories and perspectives on our world. We empower girls and women by supporting initiatives that are locally-driven, community-focused and sustainable.
Office access.mobile access.mobile (AM) is a mobile technology business based in Denver, Colorado with a local presence in Uganda and Rwanda. We offer high-quality mobile solutions customized to address a wide range of enterprise and social needs in East Africa and beyond. Our solutions are comprehensive, improving data flow and communication, operational insight and efficiency. Our technologies and services enable organizations to be more effective in achieving their objectives and allow them to engage more deeply with their networks.
Large Office Bridges to Prosperity Bridges to Prosperity (B2P) envisions a world where poverty caused by rural isolation no longer exists. Our community-driven projects provide basic access to healthcare, education and improved livelihoods via footbridge construction. We build to educate by teaching design and construction both locally and globally. We build to innovate through developing and openly sharing solutions that are safe, replicable, and locally viable. And we build to inspire, by providing opportunities for leadership development and personal growth through international collaboration.
Anchor ide More than 70 percent of the world s poorest people are small scale farmers. For many of them, access to irrigation water provides a substantial productivity gain and increase in food production. ide views productive water as the entry point to creating income opportunities for these 900 million people. We identify locations where improved access to water can have a positive impact, and then offer affordable technologies for lifting, storing, and distributing that water. ide also looks for ways to reduce on-farm costs and increase margins available from market access and post-harvest activities.
Member Global Greengrants Fund Global Greengrants Fund seeds environmental action through small grants. We support change from the ground up by channeling donations to local projects and grassroots campaigns for justice, primarily in the developing world and emerging economies. Our belief is that everyone deserves a healthy environment. Our strategy is to support local leaders primarily outside the United States and Western Europe in fighting these injustices. Through activist-led grantmaking, we find these leaders and provide seed funding for grassroots action on the front lines of social change. Together, we re working towards one vision: A just and sustainable world.
