Conduct 200+ programs per year Networking with State Food Safety Regulators 3,498 1, (in 2 years) 12 Certification Course in Analytics 16 5 Training for Farmers for Good Agriculture Practices Based on the NASVI Data 19 States 7 lakh street vendors approximately 3.5 L Vendors approx. in 11 selected states To be registered and then trained on GMP/GHP Peer leaders to be trained for assessing the effectiveness of training and continuity. Basic hygiene kits to be provided. Trained vendors would get SKA training certificate, endorsed by state government, and could be displayed on the carts 11 states are selected Based on the no. of Mid day meal providers. Training on Basic GMP GHP as per the Schedule 4 in discussion with MHRD Training will help Canteens and Caterers to cater Safer and Hygienic Food to the Public 72 Latest updates on advances in Instrumentation, About Global Benchmarking procedures and processes for accreditation, Detection of difficult to detect compounds through advanced tools and techniques, Uncertainty measurements, Sampling methods, instrumental errors and SOP's, Magnitude of Food Safety elements that needs to be monitored in supply chain and considered basis their detection ability at the design stage. One Day Awareness Training Programs for Clusters identified Awareness Training Program on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) for Primary Producers, Small and Medium Manufacturers & Exporters on selective products, across the country The Awareness Training Program would aim at strengthening the Implementation of GAP, GHP of Primary Producers related to Agricultural & Processed Food Product Units for both Domestic and International trade.
