4 I am writing to request your support for the 11th annual Taste of Portland, a very special event that raises funds to support affordable housing in Oregon. This year s event will be held on Thursday, October 4 at, and we would love for you to be part of it! The evening is filled with gourmet food, premier beer and wines, a silent auction, and a great evening with friends and colleagues to support the mission of the OAR HOME Foundation. Last year s Taste of Portland was a tremendous success, attracting 450 guests and raising nearly $85,000 for affordable housing programs in Oregon! We hope you will join us in supporting this event and the HOME Foundation by donating a gift certificate, basket, weekend getaway, sporting event tickets, or service for the Taste of Portland silent auction. Every dollar raised assists others to realize the dream of homeownership! I ve enclosed a silent auction donation form for your convenience.
