Please make your colleagues aware of this situation. In particular, it is important to understand that the STIP development process will rely on the 2045 MTP as the source of projects for submission for prioritization for the 2020 STIP. **In certain jurisdictions, particularly in Mooresville, many of the roadway projects will be in some phase of construction at the same time. It is important to start communicating this to the public at every opportunity. III ICATS-Express Connection Update Brad Johnson (30 minutes) Brad introduced the LNTC to ICATS and presented ideas for linking ICATS to CATS Express bus service in the near future for transit service in to Charlotte.
