Propose a challenge Find the unexpected at euvention 18 Real and meaningful problem or idea from your organisation A team of six experts works two weeks on a solution Team will be interdisciplinary and international Each team works with an individual coach from your organisation and an experienced lead coach from us IP regulation, that allows your organisation to use the results 6

Train your employees Train your employees in a real environment Your employee(s) will be trained to become an innovation facilitator Either two employees one for Design Thinking and one for Business Model Innovation or one for both Training for your employee(s) will be beforehand by experienced coaches Direct teaching experience on your challenge under supervision by lead coaches Feedback and De-Briefing session after the event All material inclusive 7
