It means India leads the world in number of road accidents!! ü College Students! ü Local Villagers! ü Friends! Why should it be improved? 50% road accidents take place in the night! 30% people below 30 years of age dying in road accidents. A huge loss to Young India. Remember it s the youth who can bring the change!!!
