The FRC will consider applications for conference funding only where the applicant will present a paper at the conference. Refer to Conference Travel Funding Policy and Procedures document for other conditions and funding criteria. Separate motivations as may be required e.g. where attendance is not covered by an external grant. Proof of conference registration fee (e.g. copy of webpage). Travel agents quotation for air fare. Proof of accommodation costs and other travel-related costs. If required funds exceed the maximum award, then provide information on how the shortfall is to be covered.
