These are selected from the top 10 managers who have generated the highest Group QV during the I-Inspire qualification period. The award winners in each category will be the team or individual who earned the Baltic Cruise and National Convention 2018 that the selection committee feels best exemplifies the company mission statement in a retail or practitioner setting. 8 8 RANK ADVANCEMENT AWARDS We recognize managers who have achieved a new, higher rank for three to six consecutive months from January 2017 March Rank advancement pins and certificates will be sent to advancing account holders after they have maintained the new rank (or higher) for three consecutive months. Important Note: Once a Rank Advancement category is earned, participants will be presented with their rewards and benefits as indicated. Rewards and benefits are not retroactive and will not be held over from year to year. They will be considered forfeited if not used when described.

10 STAR MANAGER REQUIREMENTS Star Managers have one first-level manager. New Star Managers must hold six consecutive months at the Star Manager level or above during the qualification period.
