1 COMMUNITY GRANT EVALUATION REPORT (PARTIAL) The Grant Evaluation Report is the last stage of the Community Foundation's granting process and is a condition of all our grants. This online partial evaluation is for grant recipients whose programs/projects supported by CNDCF's Community Grants have not yet been completed by January 16th. NOTE: If the outcome by the end of the program/project is different from what you have shared in this report, please complete the Final Communtiy Grant Evaluation. Otherwise, this will be considered your final report, which will be a reference material in reviewing your future grant applications. This report provides an opportunity to tell the story of your ongoing project. It helps us to spread the word about the work both your organization and the Community Foundation are doing to build a stronger Cambridge and rth Dumfries. It also gives us the chance to share your impact to our donors who support our Community Grants. 2 1. Prepare your data. You will be needing copies of your grant application and grant letter beside you when filling out this report. If you don't have a copy of your grant application, kindly send us an . Click here to see all the questions found on the Evaluation Report. 2. For long reports, use the Save and Resume feature. To use the Save & Resume feature, you must: a. Use the same computer each time you continue working on your evaluation report; b. Use the same web browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorere, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) each time you return to your partially completed evaluation. c. See the video tutorial here. *Important te* Your data will only be saved for four (4) weeks, after which, if you haven't completed the report, you will have to start from the very beginning. 3. Get a copy of your report by either: a. Printing your completed report (click 'print' button) before clicking the Submit button, or b. Clicking on the link to the PDF version of your report, which appears on the e mail confirming receipt of your sumitted grant evaluation.
