1 INFORMATIVE NOTE FOR EXHIBITORS AT THE 2018 FAIR 1. EXHIBITOR AREA HOW TO ACCESS On the Fair website you will find the Exhibitor Area where you can plan your participation. To log in you must identify yourself with the user name ( address of the person indicated in the Participation Application) and password sent via . DATES & TIMES ASSEMBLY: 25 April 2018 from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm 26 April 2018 from 08:00 am to 10:00 pm CELEBRATION: 27 to 29 April 2018 Exhibitor times: from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (except Sunday 29 April: 09:00 am to 12:00 am)
2 Visitor times: from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (except Sunday 29 April: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm) DISASSEMBLY: 29 April from 7:30 pm to 12:00 am 30 April, from 08:00 am to 2:00 pm From 30 April at 2:00 pm all collections must be taken down. 4. SERVIFIRA AND ONLINE SERVICES CATALOGUE Through our new online services catalogue, which you will find in the Exhibitor s Area in or in / Exhibitor s Access, you will be able to contract furniture and a wide range of services. SERVIFIRA is the official department of Fira de Barcelona that is responsible for contracting and invoicing these services. In case you have not already booked the services and/or provisions for your stand, do so as soon as possible as the start of the fair is approaching. Telephone support: servifira@firabarcelona.com IMPORTANT: On the Express File becomes operational for booking any service, thus reducing the offer of products to be booked and applying a 30% increase to the rate price. Management of incidents during assembly: You can report any incident to the Customer Service Department (CIS) located in Palace No 1 or at the office of the Pavillion Manager or by calling the exhibitor's helpline on Assembly electrical panels: Currently it is not necessary to book assembly electrical panels. Fira de Barcelona installs single-phase outlets in the enclosure so that the exhibitors can have electricity during the assembly and disassembly periods. 5. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT (CIS) At the Customer Service Department (CIS), located in Palace No 1 you can collect assembly passes, Exhibitor passes, parking spaces, make last-minute bookings, make payments and resolve incidents. CELEBRATION: From 27 to 29 April: 27 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, 28 from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm and 29 from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. DISASSEMBLY: 30 April from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm. INVITATIONS Invite your customers, there is still time Remember that from the Exhibitor s Area you can directly send free invitations that you have or download codes to send to your contacts. Promote your company! 7. EXHIBITOR PASSES To be able to obtain Exhibitor Passes, you should request them through the Exhibitor's Area and provide the data required. Exhibitor passes are valid during the assembly and disassembly of stands and during the fair itself.
4 You can print the passes until 22 April as long as your account with Fira Barcelona in balanced. If you do not print them, you can collect them at the Customer Service Department (CIS), located in Palace No 1 from the first day of assembly, 25 April. BBFW will take generic steps in the name of the company for exhibitors who have not personalised them. You will not be given authorisation to collect the Exhibitor passes or to begin stand assembly if all payments to Fira Barcelona are not up to date. 8. REQUEST FOR ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY PASSES To request the assembly/disassembly passes, you can register via the web page, within the exhibitor's area or in person at the Customer Service desk. You can collect the assembly/disassembly passes from the first official day of assembly (26 April) at the CIS located in Palace No 1. The Exhibitor must indicate to their decorating company that they must request work passes for all individuals responsible for setting up and assembling the stand, prior presentation of the Application with the name and ID card/passport of each one of the assemblers at the Customer Services Department, with said passes remaining valid only during the assembly and disassembly days. The work passes shall be given out at the Customer Service Department, starting from the first day of assembly. In the event that an assembly company has outstanding balances with Fira de Barcelona because the start of the Trade Fair, it shall not be given authorisation to begin assembly. The companies contracting the mentioned workers will commit to complying with Spanish regulations regarding the prevention of risks at work. Regarding the obligations concerning the prevention of risks at work, the requesting party CERTIFIES THAT: They have carried out an initial risk assessment of the work positions occupied by the workers mentioned in this document and that they have compiled a plan of the preventive measures to be adopted. The mentioned workers, have received the information and necessary training to carry out their activities in the Fira Barcelona facilities. The workers mentioned in this document, are from the point of view of health monitoring, able to carry out these works. Foreign workers must present their ID or Passport. 9. PARKING SPACES The Fair provides each exhibiting company with a parking space that can be obtained from 25 April, from the Customer Service Department (CIS). The exhibitor s car park will be located at Pl. Universo (access via Pl. Reina Mª Cristina). The opening times for the car park are the following: ASSEMBLY: 25 April, from 08:00 am to 9:00 pm 26 April, from 08:00 am to 11:00 pm CELEBRATION: From 27 to 28 April, from 08:30 am to 9:00 pm. 29 April, from 08:30 am to 12:30 am. NOTE.- During assembly and disassembly access will also be via the door in Pl. Universo. 10. ASSEMBLY / DISSASSEMBLY: unloading of goods Vehicle access for unloading goods should be via: a) Pl. Universo (access via Pl. Reina Mª Cristina)

HANDLING AND TRANSPORT OF GOODS Resa, Fira Barcelona's official provider company, offers the option to perform any assembly or disassembly operations, as well as the movement, storage or transport of goods. SENDING MATERIALS TO YOUR STAND It is very important that before sending you products you contact the official handling company RESA EXPO LOGISTICS. They will be happy to help you with any doubts and to offer you reception and delivery services for your products to the stand. We ask you to note that the venue does not accept receipt of any deliveries. We ask you to check the contact details below. PAYMENT CONDITIONS For any enquiries about your client account and/or clarification, please contact the Fira de Barcelona Administration Department. Telephone: administracion@firabarcelona.com You will not be given authorisation to collect the Exhibitor passes or to begin stand assembly if all payments to Fira de Barcelona are not up to date. All payments must always be made to Fira de Barcelona by means of one of the following methods: - Direct debit, (only for bank accounts in Spain) If you choose this payment method, all the fair invoices will be processed by this payment method. - Confirmed cheque. - Cash or credit card, paid at the Fira de Barcelona Customer Service offices. - Bank transfer to any of the accounts below, with proof of transfer sent to the fax number IMPORTANT: For your payment to be registered correctly, you must indicate the customer code and the invoice number that appear on your transfer or bank/confirmed cheque, written out to FIRA INTERNACIONAL DE BARCELONA.
