6 Governance Layout The International Board advises the cluster regarding strategic questions and regarding int. positioning. The board consists of 5 members with particular expertise regarding the sector, technology or international presentation. Strategy-Board: responsible for strategic alignment and main focus; yearly strategy meeting of scientific and academic partners, stakeholder, companies who want to participate in the creation-process, external partners if necessary Annual Convention: yearly exchange of information and experiences for all members Workgroups: established for main areas of development and if necessary for projects.
