31 Eco-Innovation evaluated on global level and on the long run, needs long-term policy, But must be by driven by governments with a 4 years perspective, Governance Change is vital!

32 Governance Change In addition to old governance: Programs can pursue climate policy, activating science, civil society and industry. Other policies should not counteract! No subsidies for fossile based energy systems!

33 Innovation policy + dissemination programs can boost the market transformation increase demand for greening of skills and jobs; jobs in non-eco industries can get lost programs like BUILD UP Skills and klimaaktiv can help to raise awareness for green skills, initiate trainings in agreements with partners, improve the quality of education and implementation

34 Programs for greening of skills for eco-innovation implemented on a high level (interdepartmental), can provide Eco quality standards (environment, VET), voluntary Information, product neutral Partnership and networking Associations, social partner (support) Training institutes (certification, building standards) Enterprises Professionals (standards, life long learning, competence) elements for a ressource efficient, inclusive and circular economy!
