1 Research Assistance Request Form Introduction The Santa Monica College (SMC) Research Assistance Request Form is used by the SMC community to request data and research support from the Office of Institutional Research. Submitting this form allows the request to be promptly assigned, scheduled, and monitored. Please complete this form with as much detail as possible. We will not process incomplete requests. The Office of Institutional Research will review the request and you to confirm receipt of your form within 48 business hours of your submitted request.
