8 Category 4 Rural Project specific selection process used to identify statewide/regional strategic connectivity priorities 18 projects improving 65.7 centerline miles on the corridor network in the rural areas $1.14B projects selected statewide $1.05B of added capacity $92.1M of strategic upgrades to include safety/bridge related work 8

9 Category 4 Urban Formula distribution through district funding (Category 2 formula) to districts with urbanized locations Projects were selected and prioritized in partnership with MPOs 42 projects valued at $1.65B are recommended for Category 4 funding, improving 169 centerline miles on the corridor network in the urbanized areas $1.60B of added capacity $46.9M of major rehabilitation, strategic upgrades and safety/bridge related work 9

10 Category 12 Strategic Priority Recommend 15 Projects for Strategic Priority funding impacting 47.5 centerline miles $561M of total strategic funding $414M of added capacity $147M of strategic upgrades, safety and major rehabilitation projects Strategic objectives include congestion relief, completing connectivity gaps, enhancing hurricane routes, supporting the energy sector, supporting projects that had high economic impacts, safety enhancements, trade routes, border connectivity, completing funding gaps in significant local projects, and projects that leveraged local funding 10
