Also meets AHERA requirements for school maintenance personnel performing repairs on asbestos materials. Asbestos Operations & Maintenance (OSHA Class III) Refresher-4 Hours $95 Meets OSHA s & EPA s annual training requirement for students who have successfully completed the initial Asbestos O&M (Class III) training. Asbestos OSHA Class II Worker Initial-1 Day $155 Meets OSHA s requirements to conduct removal of 1 type of intact, Class II material. 8 2011 Hazardous Waste Operations Training INITIAL & REFRESHER COURSES offers the following courses for groups and conducts them at our facilities or onsite at your location. We provide customized quotes with services that meet your group s or organization s needs. These courses meet the requirements of 29 CFR for personnel working at hazardous waste sites. Courses available per request at your facility or ours 24 Hour HAZMAT Technician Initial Workers regularly on site in areas below exposure limits or workers on site only occasionally for a specific limited task (such as, but not limited to, ground water monitoring, land surveying, or geophysical surveying) and who are unlikely to be exposed over permissible exposure limits and published exposure limits. 40 Hour HAZWOPER Initial General site workers (such as equipment operators, general laborers and supervisory personnel) engaged in hazardous substance removal or other activities which expose or potentially expose workers to hazardous substances and health hazards. INITIAL & REFRESHER COURSES (cont) First Responder Awareness Level Individuals who are likely to witness or discover a hazardous substance release and who have been trained to initiate an emergency response sequence. First Responder Operations Level (8 hours) Individuals who respond to releases or potential releases of hazardous substances as part of the initial response to the site for the purpose of protecting nearby persons, property, or the environment from the effects of the release Hazardous Waste Operations Training Incident Commander Additional training for individuals who assume control of the incident scene beyond the first responder awareness level.
