4 Shakeology Customer Lead Program Beachbody will begin a number of marketing initiatives that are designed to create new Shakeology customers and help YOU build your business. These Beachbody-generated Shakeology orders (both Home Direct and single orders) will be assigned to qualified Coaches. Associated Commissions: Retail commissions of $29.99 will be paid to the Coach who receives the customer lead. PV and TV will NOT be paid month 1, but continuity orders (beginning with the second HD order) will carry 0 PV and 90 TV. Qualifications to receive Shakeology Customer Leads: Achieve Success Club 5 or 10 in the prior month Achieve Emerald rank or higher Be current on Business Services Fees Be a Club Member Log at least 8 WOWY workouts in the last 30 days Have a completed Bio and Profile Photo Shakeology Customer Lead Allocation Success Club 5 Earn up to 5 customer leads a month Success Club 10 Earn up to 10 customer leads a month Success Club Consecutive Month Multiplier: Increase the number of leads you can be eligible for by multiplying the total number of leads you qualify for by the number of consecutive months you qualify for Success Club (2 months of Success Club 10 and qualify for up to 20 customer leads). Shakeology Customer Lead Program Lifetime Limits on Leads: Shakeology customer leads are limited by rank. If a Coach qualifies by earning, but has reached the lifetime limit per the current rank, no additional customer leads will be given until the Coach advances in rank. The customer leads that would have been allocated to a Coach who reaches the lifetime rank limit will forfeit those leads and the customer leads will be allocated to other qualifying Coaches. 4

In the event a Coach earns less than $100 in retail commissions from leads produced by the Shakeology Customer Lead Program, Team Beachbody will pay out the difference as an adjustment to their earnings. Qualifiers who receive less than $100 in retail commissions as a result of reaching their lifetime allocation per rank will not be eligible for the additional adjustment. Success Club 5 Achieve Success Club 5 in any given month and become eligible to receive leads from the Shakeology Customer Lead Program in the calendar month following the Success Club 5 qualification. In the event a Coach earns less than $50 in commission from leads produced by the Shakeology Customer Lead Program, Team Beachbody will pay out the difference as an adjustment to their earnings. Qualifiers who receive less than $50 in commission as a result of reaching their lifetime allocation per rank will not be eligible for the additional adjustment. 5

6 Get Started Right Bonus Program This goal of this program is to reward both new Coaches and their personal sponsors for working together to achieve Emerald rank in 30 days, Ruby rank in 60 days, and Diamond rank in 90 days. The bonus ties in perfectly with the Game Plan and the 90 Days to Diamond program. Promotion Period: May 1 through November 30, 2010 How to Earn Cash: 1. Enroll a new Coach between May 1 and August 31, Coach business center transfers do not count toward a new enrollee for cash earnings. 2. If a new Coach advances to Emerald rank within 30 days of their enrollment date, the personal sponsor and the Coach will each receive $ If a new Coach advances to Ruby rank within 60 days of their enrollment date, the personal sponsor and the Coach will each receive $50.00 cash. The cash earning is available even if the new enrollee did not advance to Emerald rank in their first 30 days. 4. If a new Coach advances to Diamond rank within 90 days of their enrollment date, the personal sponsor and the Coach will each receive $ The cash earning is available even if the new enrollee did not advance to Emerald in their first 30 days and/or advance to Ruby rank in their first 60 days. Additional Cash requirements: All eligible Coaches must be current in their Business Services Fee and compliant with Team Beachbody s policies and procedures. Evaluation: Get Started Right cash earners will be evaluated on a weekly basis after the close of each bonus week. Announcement: Cash earners will be published in the Coach Online Office in the following week after the rank advancement occurs. Payment: Payments to both the Coach who achieved the rank advancement and the Upline Sponsoring Coach will be issued as an adjustment to the Coaches' commissions the following week after the rank advancement has been achieved. 6

7 Rewards & Incentives Chairman s Club Adventure The Chairman s Club Adventure will be an exclusive, all-expenses-paid, luxury vacation to an international destination for the company s top 10 businesses (trip for two). While we will not award more than 10 trips, we will award fewer than 10 if there are not enough qualifying businesses. Chairman s Club Adventure Qualifications Qualify for Team Beachbody Elite. Top 10 highest overall Success Club point earners. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by the Coach who has qualified for the most consecutive months in the Success Club. If a tie still remains, the tie will be broken by the Coach who has sponsored the most Coaches in 2010, and then by the most PV accumulated in Chairman s Club Reward: An all-inclusive, five-star, international trip for two to the Chairman s Club Adventure with Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler. This includes airfare, lodging, food, activities, and much more for two. 7

8 Success Club Trip Announced! The Success Club Trip for 2011 (to reward 2010 qualifiers) will be a seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruise in March of New Qualifying Rules for the Success Club Trip: 1. Earn nine consecutive months of Success Club 10 Win a cruise for two and a $1, transportation voucher. 2. Earn nine consecutive months of Success Club 5 Win a cruise for two and a $ transportation voucher. 3. New Coaches who enroll during 2010 and advance to the rank of Diamond Coach in 90 days from their enrollment date will qualify for the trip by achieving Success Club for six consecutive months: a. Earn six consecutive months of Success club 10 Win a cruise for two and a $1, transportation voucher. b. Earn six consecutive months of Success Club 5 Win a cruise for two and a $ transportation voucher. 4. *Earn 100 Success Club Points Earn the right to receive the cruise (interior cabin) for two for a payment of $250 (basic room). 5. *Earn 50 Success Club Points Earn the right to receive the cruise (interior cabin) for two for a payment of $750 (basic room). *The rules for earning Success Club points have not changed; rather, we have added two ways to earn part of the trip, and we will be announcing the fact that the vacation is a cruise.
