1 Application Form PAF Fellowship BBC Performing Arts Fund PAF Fellowship Guidelines 1.1 Please read this first before completing your application. BBC Performing Arts Fund - PAF Fellowship Scheme Remember Applications will open at 10am 1st May All documentation required as proof of the organisation's eligibility must be received by 5pm 18th August Applications will close at 5pm 18th August The PAF Fellowship is designed to identify and support the next generation of performing arts talent and intends to provide funding to professional organisations with significant experience in the performing arts such as companies, organisations, venues, agencies and festivals who will in turn use the grant to provide a bespoke Fellowship placement. Organisations are invited to put forward their proposal outlining the details of the Fellowship they intend to offer and stating how they have selected the person who will be their Fellow. How much can an organisation apply for? Organisations can apply for 10,000 towards the cost of the Fellowship. How will the application process work? There will be four stages to the application process: Stage One: Proof of Eligibility - Organisations should complete the online eligibility quiz and post supporting documentation to BBC PAF as proof of their eligibility. The highest scoring applications will be required to attend a face-to-face meeting with BBC PAF to discuss their application. The Fellow must also attend this meeting. Stage Four: Selection Process and Grant - Final decisions will then be made and successful organisations will be approved by the BBC Performing Arts Fund and grants will be paid. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details and if you have a question about then scheme then please read our FAQs Important things to remember: - Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions of the scheme in detail. - Only one application per organisation is permitted. - You will be able to save your application form and return to it at a later date. - Applications will remain open for submissions for approximately 15 weeks (to 18th August 2014) - All documentation required as proof of an organisation's eligibility (see Stage One) must be received by 5pm 18th August Documentation received after this time will not be accepted and the organisation's application will be rejected.
